I attempted to purchase a property with this branch. However there were complications with the seller's situation and paperwork. My solicitor advised me to 'walk away'. I was made to feel it was all my fault and that my solicitor didn't know what he was doing. I lost nearly £1k on this transaction, and yet the property has been re advertised for some other poor soul to go through the same problems, stress and expense. Very unethical, and unprofessional.
