A very poor service with not many working thinking cells l involved here. I think she should have checked her covenants declaration form that was signed by the landlord before encouraging him to do this most unlawful act.Now she is actually renting my access rights to her tenants. ..is that legal?

This company's practice borders on the criminal. Decided terms of tenancy had changed 6 months in, created a spurious bill, sent a heavy round to try and intimidate into giving the cash, waited outside places they thought I'd be...
