Very happy with the service we have received so far from William h Brown. I put my mothers property on the market in March at what was a very stressful time (she was in the process of moving into a care home) Beth was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had as we had not sold a property in over 20 years. We didn't go ahead straight away as we needed some time to sort things out and unlike the other agents we had out for valuations, we felt most comfortable with Beth. She was clearly very experienced and her approach was not pushy atall. William h Brown sold my mothers house within 6 weeks and we are looking to exchange at the end of next month. The service from the whole team has been excellent from start to finish and we will be sure to recommend the company to any of our friends and family. Thank you.

I cannot recommend the team at W H Brown enough! My home was a tricky property to sell with several features that do not appeal to everyone. This agent is defiantly the worst estate agent I have ever come across. The radio silence from the date they found a buyer for our property to exchange was exasperating. What agent could do to change your mind?
I understood I was paying for the estate agent to find us a buyer and provide a full post sale case management service. This simply is not the case.
