This company is a joke! All they do is complain and never stand by or support their partners and suppliers. Their operations side is a joke, promised communications never come not to mention the fact that they never ever pay on time. Sometimes I'm waiting over 120 days to be paid for works delivered. Avoid this company, they are one of the worste for bad communication for which they blame you and they never pay on time, if at all.

Terrible handling of problems in the properties they manage. The shower broke and the replacement took one week to be fixed. I would not recommend Omnia to anyone. I moved into my property with them, and it did not have a telephone line. It took 2 months to have this fitted. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
