Words cannot explain how unhappy we have been with the service of specifically Louise at LOCATION, Shirley. Unfortunately the rudest woman I have come across, unfair, and really does not act on behalf of the tenant. If you are not on your toes, rest assured she will ensure your tenancy with them is a nightmare, and forget about having any deposit returned, as she is the rudest most unfair person and will find means and ways around every corner to be unjust!. Exceptionally high fees for very rude, poor service with zero protection

This agency dealt with the sale of a property for me and the consequent rental hand over to the new owners which they continued to manage. The flat has a feed in tariff because of solar panels on the roof, since selling the property the agent has not dealt with the transfer of the Eon account so... Read Full Review
