This agency dealt with the sale of a property for me and the consequent rental hand over to the new owners which they continued to manage. The flat has a feed in tariff because of solar panels on the roof, since selling the property the agent has not dealt with the transfer of the Eon account so ... Read Full Review

Words cannot explain how unhappy we have been with the service of specifically Louise at LOCATION, Shirley. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
