Lounge Lettings

It's not because you're disabled, they're equally awful to everyone. They don't care as long as they get a tennant, they get back to anyone. I hope any potential landlords reading these reviews choses a different agency, e.g. MMP are brilliant. As a potential tennant I've tried to let several properties through this company in the past. The first time a couple of years ago we'd put in the paperwork for a credit check and provided references etc, all of which were passed with no problems, we have great references and our income was more than sufficient to pay the rent. We were told a date we'd get the keys & tennancy agreement, so we gave our then landlord our notice. About 2 weeks left before the move I called to check something, we were told the property had been let to someone else. That left us in a very difficult situation, we have two children and we were incredibly stressed with no where to live. We struggled for a long time to receive a refund from L.L. for checks. As there's a shortage of rental properties I've had to try to let through them again. Again a terrible servece, emails go unanswered, they are not interested, unprofessional. I urge potential landlords not to advertise or manage their properties with LL
