This agent has managed two residential properties for us for several years. They are taking on more properties from us, to let and manage for the future. We are happy with the service provided which has relieved us so we can get on with our commercial property holdings and development sites in the area. They are straightforward to deal with.

The only company yet to still not help me after 18 months on there system because I'm epileptic refuse point blank to even reply to enquiries I'm making about propertys your blatetly recently advertising but telling me there's to many applications so mine can't even be looked at ... I don't often write reviews of companies but felt the need to warn others about our experience of Lounge Lettings. I would strongly advise prospective customers/landlords/tenants to avoid this company if at all possible. They are unprofessional, underhand, inefficient and disorganised. The owners ... 5 May 2017My partner had the same issues with them.charging you money for cleaners that didn't clean or didn't turn up when they said they did.very rude to the point my wife was told get out of there building...
