No question in our minds about giving this company as a whole (we dealt with the Downend and Winterbourne branches) 5 stars. Our financial advisor, Russell, deserves a 5 star alone. The whole process of buying our house has been made stress free and it's all down to these guys. Russell even started going beyond his job role to stop me getting stressed(!), and has been nothing but willing to help out. The customer service has been outstanding, constant communication, whether it was constantly updating us on the stage of our purchase, or emails advising next steps. Trust these guys 100% and we would go as far to say that when we come to sell and buy next time around, we will absolutely be returning to them. Every single person we've come across in this company has been attentive, professional and pleasant, nothing is too much (the same can't be said for our solicitors!). We are so impressed with their service and would recommend Andrews, Russell as a financial adviser and the team every time!

We recently bought though Andrews Longwell Green in Bristol and the service was fantastic especially Jake who was there though the endless amount of viewings we did until we finally got what we wanted and nothing was too much to ask when asking for extra viewings and he really went the extra mile!! ... If you are looking for an estate agent with in South Bristol, be careful if you use these. My advice would be not to use them. If you do use them communicate with them in letter form or email. Do not trust what is told to you... Read Full Review
