We tried emailing and phoning this agency about a house we were interested in viewing. The email wasn't replied to and each time we phoned we were cut off before anyone even responded to our call. Totally shambolic. How they ever get the custom like that is beyond me! I think they must all be taking extended lunch breaks.

An absolutely appalling and un professional outfit. Lousy admin, lousy customer care. Did not follow official estate agent guidelines. We ended up showing our buyers around the property. Wouldn't bother if I was you, Ignorant & tried to be very very bossy. They will say helpfull, I would say shamefull. Tried to make me use their solicitors even after I told them who mine was.
