An absolutely appalling and un professional outfit. Lousy admin, lousy customer care. Did not follow official estate agent guidelines. We ended up showing our buyers around the property. When we requested a reduction in fees in light of their EXTREMELY POOR service, we were offered a paltry amount. We complained to the Property Ombudsman and were advised to pay "without prejudice". the TPO are obviously in the pocket of the estate agents as none of our claim was upheld. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BIDMEAD COOK!

We tried emailing and phoning this agency about a house we were interested in viewing. The email wasn't replied to and each time we phoned we were cut off before anyone even responded to our call.
