Having let my 1st house with Rhys and his team I was assured by Rhys that it was in safe hands. How wrong I was. It turns out that he had not put the tenants deposit in a protection scheme so when the tenant stopped paying we could not get her out through the courts and she ended up wrecking the house which in turn turned into a house that dealt drugs. Tried to complain to the Ombudsman and it turns out he was not registered to any of them. Two laws broken to my knowledge. Had a CCJ upheld against him only for him to have it taken away on the basis he said "I didn't get the paper work". Likely storey. What love I did have for my families first home was destroyed by this person and company. I have now had a number of people contact me asking about me experience with him. Including one he is friends with on social media. Would rather deal with a pirate. Avoid.

Awful communication got the impression they were not interested in me as a customer. Avoid at all costs. My friend also had the same experience. Once they got my property on the market which tool two weeks they lost complete interest in me. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
