Having let my 1st house with Rhys and his team I was assured by Rhys that it was in safe hands. How wrong I was. Awful communication got the impression they were not interested in me as a customer. Avoid at all costs. My friend also had the same experience. Once they got my property on the market which tool two weeks they lost complete interest in me. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
