Extremely, extremely disappointing experience of trying to let a property with them. Zero professionalism! Out of the 6 years in which I have been renting homes,this is the most unreliable agency I've seen!!! They made the last month an absolute hell for us!!! So I went to a viewing in a new block with one agency, prepared the initial documents literally the same day and send them.We clearly stated we will provide all required documents and fees as soon as we get asked for them. They told me complete will proceed with our tenancy agreement. Switching between agencies should have been a major red light but we liked the property. What followed was 3 weeks of no reply to us. In the meantime we had to proceed to moving houses and we have explained that to them but still 100% ignoring us. On top of that they decided to come back to us 3 weeks(!) after we stated we want a property in that block. We were told that there are no available flats AND they have received requests from other people before us although we said on the day of the viewing (the agent claimed there are a few flats available)that we want to proceed with renting. Weird, isn't it? All ptoperties in a big,brand new develoment are booked in under a day. So they are either scamming people or just choosing what kind of tenants they would like to have! There are numerous eatates agencies innthic city,go and give your money to somebody else because you can't count on complete to do anything for you even when you're about to pay a lot of money!

I am having problems with the repayment of the deposit and repayment of a number of days rent which overlapped with the next tenant. I left the property at the end of May 2012. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
