AVOID AVOID AVOID The worst experience I ever had since I moved to Rickmansworth. Very unprofessional and unsupportive state agent. No sense of customer service. Never helped or solved any of my queries. The house they rant to me was a hidden dump hole ruining all my furniture (had to simply through in the bin my wardrobe and some wall cabinets with no compensation) and even knowing they (Trend and Thomas staff) never told me which makes me thing that unfortunately the money and only money matters. They said it was my fault to put cabinets and wardrobe against the wall!! What a joke!!!! I have been renting many properties throughout my life in the same way and NEVER had any problem. SAD! The whole situation made me physically ill. Arguments over arguments and nothing! A staff called Louise was very unprofessional and rude at times. I am glad after 11 months of fighting the situation finally came to an end with an outcome not favorable to me but hey ho I AM FREE from them and NEVER EVER I want to talk to them again. I will do my best to make people aware of how bad service/support I received while renting a property.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
