Maintaining my properties is a high priority to me but not something I have a lot of time to allocate. Godiva estates have authorisation level set from the outset and always organise high quality tradesmen to conduct repairs when and as necessary. I always receive an invoice from the tradesman not from Godiva. I have utter confidence that they are not adding their mark up on to any repair. As quoted from David "We make our profit from the management charge not from repairs" A great company with great ethics. It would take something special to move my business to another lettings company.

Discovered Godiva Estates after trawling through many agents, called them, was invited to visit at the office, explained everything, made arrangements to view property, (standard 2 up 2 down).
