Yet again Godiva deliver as promised! Tenant been in the property for the last 4 years nearly and has now bought a house, so relet the house and it was taken by a couple of students in just over a week. Hats off to you chaps!

Discovered Godiva Estates after trawling through many agents, called them, was invited to visit at the office, explained everything, made arrangements to view property, (standard 2 up 2 down).
