I used the services of Opel Estates recently as i was looking for a 2 bedroom property but i am very picky, they showed me a number of properties and each time they were professional and polite (think even i would have got annoyed with me haha!), i eventually settled of a flat near the train station. When i went to their office they were very up front about fees and requirements (unlike some agents i have had experiences with), i personally found the fees to be very responsible (again given that i was looking with half the agents in Luton). When i moved i found everything had been done in the flat that i had requested (carpets washed and bits of paint touched up), i am very happy with the service i received from Opel Estates and will defiantly recommend to friends and use them again...hopefully to purchase a property in the next few years as i can see myself being very happy here.

I rented through Opel Estate Agency 32 months and honestly had a great experience! Zee was super helpful, straight to the point, and always quick to sort out any issues. I have dealt with this company now for many years and my experience couldn't have been better. They rented my property to a fully referenced tenant and carried out all the paperwork correctly, the tenant couldn't have been nicer and the property was given back without damage or arrears. ... Absolutely terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like it! If I could give 0 stars I would! Not my agent but they are the new agents for the flat.
