Absolutely terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like it! If I could give 0 stars I would! Not my agent but they are the new agents for the flat. They hounded me by phone demanding I be there to let them in when they see fit. I had to take time off work as when I tried to rearrange I was told it is not acceptable. When I opened the door they just walked in and started taking photos, no hello, no "I'm from opel", not a word. When I commented that it was rude they started arguing with me and being very patronising and aggressive. I told them not to speak to me like that and I was told "I can speak to you how ever I like!" I told them to leave because I am not being spoken to like that in my home to which they replied "I think you think you own the place, well that's where you are wrong luv! You don't! I'm leaving anyway!" Then proceeded to yell at me outside the door that I am rude and think too much of myself. Awful awful service!! Wouldn't use them if they paid me!

4 Feb 2019I used to rent from them I agree they are dry rude bullies and proceeded to keep most of my deposit for no good reason when I did move out they were very nice trying to rent me a place but after that they were awful I would avoid and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole... Renters BEWARE even if they seem nice at first, that quickly changes. Don't fall for it

I rented through Opel Estate Agency 32 months and honestly had a great experience! Zee was super helpful, straight to the point, and always quick to sort out any issues. I used the services of Opel Estates recently as i was looking for a 2 bedroom property but i am very picky, they showed me a number of properties and each time they were professional and polite (think even i would have got annoyed with me haha!), i eventually settled of a flat near the train ... I have dealt with this company now for many years and my experience couldn't have been better. They rented my property to a fully referenced tenant and carried out all the paperwork correctly, the tenant couldn't have been nicer and the property was given back without damage or arrears. ...
