AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Very rude, arrogant, intimidating staff that lie to you. I was illegally evicted from my property I was renting from Asset Grove Prime, not given any notice to leave despite having a legally binding tenancy contract. The agents don't listen to tenants complaints regarding the state of the property, and they also allow themselves into the property without gaining tenants permission or without giving notice. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with this agency - you should avoid these people at all costs!!!

Posting an anonymous complaint with no proper details isn't going to get your compliant dealt with is it ? 4 Apr 2018It would appear that your issue is with the landlord that owns the property and who changed the locks and refused you access to the property We are no more responsible for the illegal behaviour of a rogue landlord than you are? Is this summary correct or not ?

If you do not like that then that is your problem, but this is what I have truly experienced. The fact that you doubt the sincerity of the experience further outlines how little empathy you share for your customers. As a customer who was made to feel worthless by staff I have a right to highlight to future and current customers publicly what poor and shocking level of service this agency offers. Attempting to dissuade me to do otherwise will have no bearing.

21 Aug 2018Keep miles awayy from them or their spin off Company VC Properties. They have not paid any rent for over six month. Hav ecreated an unlicensed HMO. Tenents complain they do not do any work. Make promises all the time but fail to keep their word ever,. HONESTLY YOU CANT TRUST ONE WORK THEY SAY. THIS INCLUDES VINCENT AND BELLA. BE WARNED KEEP WELL AWARE.

27 Mar 2019been with assetgrove coming up to 1 year and today i wanted some maintence issue and must say INDRIA help desk is fantastic and very kind woman who listens to the customers need, i would advise anybody who wants to speak anybody regarding any of the properties with assetgrove she is the perfect lady to speak to and does contact you and keeps you posted about your issue thank you so much indria

26 Nov 2020You do not need to apologise for defending "the company you work for" however, you should apologise for arguing further with customers who have had a negative experience with your staff. Until an investigation has taken place via a formal complaints procedure you really shouldn't be defending your company either lol so you will defend your company regardless of whether they are in the right or wrong? Well good luck to the landlord missing 3 months rent then eh!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
