Mr Jennings, this is a review site. That means it is a site dedicated to posting genuine reviews of the firm/company so that other users are aware what the aforementioned company is like. I will be making a complaint also, so do not stress about that, but first and foremost the intention is to make customers aware how poorly AssetGrove operates. Kind regards.

It would appear that your issue is with the landlord that owns the property and who changed the locks and refused you access to the property We are no more responsible for the illegal behaviour of a rogue landlord than you are? Is this summary correct or not ?

Believe what you will Mr Jennings, as mentioned below, this is a review site dedicated to give real life experiences of the relevant company. If you do not like that then that is your problem, but this is what I have truly experienced. The fact that you doubt the sincerity of the experience further outlines how little empathy you share for your customers. I however have very little confidence that it will be investigated appropriately in any case dye to your poor attitudes towards customers, something I hope current and prospective customers will realise. This post is about the abysmal attitude I have received from employees of AssetGrove. As a customer who was made to feel worthless by staff I have a right to highlight to future and current customers publicly what poor and shocking level of service this agency offers. Attempting to dissuade me to do otherwise will have no bearing.

Asset Grove is a scam! They have not paid rent on the property they took from me for 3 months now! Avoid them at all cost.

Keep miles awayy from them or their spin off Company VC Properties. They have not paid any rent for over six month. Hav ecreated an unlicensed HMO. Tenents complain they do not do any work. Make promises all the time but fail to keep their word ever,. HONESTLY YOU CANT TRUST ONE WORK THEY SAY. THIS INCLUDES VINCENT AND BELLA. BE WARNED KEEP WELL AWARE.

been with assetgrove coming up to 1 year and today i wanted some maintence issue and must say INDRIA help desk is fantastic and very kind woman who listens to the customers need, i would advise anybody who wants to speak anybody regarding any of the properties with assetgrove she is the perfect lady to speak to and does contact you and keeps you posted about your issue thank you so much indria

You do not need to apologise for defending "the company you work for" however, you should apologise for arguing further with customers who have had a negative experience with your staff. Until an investigation has taken place via a formal complaints procedure you really shouldn't be defending your company either lol so you will defend your company regardless of whether they are in the right or wrong? Well good luck to the landlord missing 3 months rent then eh!
