The managing agents from this agent are absolutely terrible. I tried to buy three properties from another agent and the sales are held up because the 1st time the owner of the company wanted to buy the property so told her not to send any documents out to delay the sale in the hope i would not continue with the purchases. this is still the case now with another i am buying. Take so long to reply to anything and she is always away.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Seeing as respective tenants pay their salary you'd expect them to have customer service pretty high on their list. I had a bad experience with these when I went there in 2012 when looking to move and rent. By far the worst agents in the Docklands.
