Worse agency in the world listed my property with them in 2 weeks they had managed 1 viewing with a lady clearly not suitable for her (i could tell with in 5 min of her being here) They try to fob u off when u ask questions I paid for a premium listing had to call multiple times to get what i was promised and they cant even get a detailed list of what u paying for when u ask for one Rude on phone when u enquiry about property as someone else they will describe it to u but not ask ur details or name so how on earth they get a client list i have no idea And was told no one on there client list is even interested in viewing a 3 bedroom house Needless to say I cancelled my contract with them after confronting the manager and basically been told im a liar and dont know how selling a property works Ps he agreed its would be best if i cancelled as hes not interested in my business only to send me an email to cover his back side asking how to resolve the problem They can talk the talk but not walk the walk do not use them

Purchased a property which was been managed by the letting agents department. Fees too excessive to continue. Notice given, Communication very poor, emails sent to recover rent which had been paid to letting agent, failure to return the rent in timely manner. Very awkward to deal with as allowed...
