We sold our house with Pocock and Shaw. The valuation was quick and gave a realistic price which was achieved. Greg and the team managed viewings and offers efficiently and when there was a bit of a delay on our side they managed vendor expectations perfectly so that there was no frustration or disappointment. Friendly and efficient service with a clear understanding of the local area and housing market, all at a competitive rate. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely terrible service from this estate agent, I cannot suggest more strongly that you use someone else.
