As a landlord my experience of GD3 has ben poor maybe 8 out 10 times in average. Life is always easy when things are going smoothly. You find out how people and companies truly operate when things get a bit tricky. In GD3's case this usually means massive delays, having to chase and them avoiding the issue. The latest was being told that after managing a property for 2+ years that it was no longer viable for them due to location. Did the property move?! Tenant gave notice and they had been finding it too hard to sell the property. So clearly drop it! Put it in the "too hard to do pile". Frustrating to say the least. To receive an email saying "no longer viable" about two weeks after asking for advice about improvements to the property is less than poor but with this individual has been the consistent experience.

Never in my life have I experienced such a shocking company to deal with. Property not maintained and when essential work needed to be done it took weeks to even get an engineer to attend to be told we have to wait for their authorisation to proceed. If rent was even 1 day late you get a message ... Read Full Review

Over priced fees for what they actually do to get you the property and keep you there.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
