As a landlord my experience of GD3 has ben poor maybe 8 out 10 times in average. Life is always easy when things are going smoothly. Never in my life have I experienced such a shocking company to deal with. Property not maintained and when essential work needed to be done it took weeks to even get an engineer to attend to be told we have to wait for their authorisation to proceed.
