I have rented many properties over the years and never met as good an agent as Gemma and her team. They are very professional, well organised, fair and friendly. Provided you return a property in as good a condition as it was at rental start (fair wear & tear excepted) you will received back your full deposit as I have just done. Any problems are dealt with quickly and completely.

If by any chance you choose this agency you can forget about getting your deposit back. They will do whatever it takes to make that sum smaller and you will be lucky if you'll get atleast 60% back. Wanted to charge us for the job that wasn't ... Read Full Review
