If by any chance you choose this agency you can forget about getting your deposit back. They will do whatever it takes to make that sum smaller and you will be lucky if you'll get atleast 60% back. Wanted to charge us for the job that wasn't done.

It is unfortunate that the property was left in such poor condition and needed professional cleaning and fumigating for the flea infestation however we must maintain the property to the same high standard that it was when you moved in. Invoices were provided for the deductions made and we are unaware of what job you are referring to that was not completed. We wish you all the best in your next property. Jessava Estates
