The Simplylet staff, Ben in particular, has been quick to respond to queries, offering guidance to the best options available to me in accommodations across Guildford. On one occasion, the internet kept slowing down for a couple of weeks and it's vital that my house mates and I have high speed internet for our studies. I asked Ben to resolve this and two days after we received a super router internet installed with a booster for my other house mates on the other side of the house to keep the speed up for everyone. The maintenance manager, Bob quickly dealt with the top of my window that wouldn't shut properly, he also dealt with better ventilation after some mould built up in the bathroom.
