Edward was an excellent negotiator for me personally, simply because he was genuine in his approach. He didn't 'over-sell' and answered my questions honestly, even if it meant pointing out the odd negative. He was was encouraging rather than sneering when I made a first offer and communicated really well. All in all it was an easy and stress-free process, thank you.
