This solicitor was not acting for me but rather the couple we were purchasing from. Denise hardly every replied to my solicitor's emails and would also not speak with me on the phone when I enquired as to why the process was taking so long. The straight forward purchase took over 6 months that myself and partner ended the purchase and decided to look elsewhere. One example was my solicitor sent Gordon Jones some enquiries about the house we were purchasing in October and they were not answered until the January!!

very very poor. I would not use this solicitor if their fees were free of charge.

This agent was our buyers solicitor. They claim to only communicate with thier client by phone so they can focus on work and process things quickly. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
