I have been experiencing endless delays, prevarications and incompetence. Their website went down 2 months ago and is still down. They only have one member of staff working on conveyancing. This company were listed on the solicitors from hell website. Steer well clear.

This solicitor was not acting for me but rather the couple we were purchasing from. Denise hardly every replied to my solicitor's emails and would also not speak with me on the phone when I enquired as to why the process was taking so long. I am experiencing exactly the same problems Kev did. Gordon Jones aren't responding to my solicitors and are delaying things unnecessarily. Like Kev we have no chain so there's no reason for these delays. I wish I'd read his review before having any dealings with ... Read Full Review

This agent was our buyers solicitor. They claim to only communicate with thier client by phone so they can focus on work and process things quickly. They refuse to talk to estate agents and only email solicitors when they have any info. If they have no update they simply ignore emails. Our ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
