24 Feb 2018We have been with Optimuim Lettings since Sept 2014 and they have been a great team looking after our property. The last 7/8 months have been tough as we decided to sell our only property as we no longer wanted to rent it out. Unfortunately, for us the tenant refused to leave as well as break a few tenancy agreement clauses! We had to evict her which has been a very stressful time. We have now sold the house too a big relief and end of a chapter for us. We must say big thank you for all the time, support, advice given to us by Kristian Robinson, Terri Francis and rest of the team during the difficult eviction process we had to go via to get our property back from the tenant. Optimum lettings agents provided a professional, friendly and honest service. Highly, recommended lettings agents to use by both landlords and tenants.
