We let our house out through William H Brown, Nicol is the sequence property co-ordinator based in Leeds. Nicol helps with all the administrative issues with our property in a swift manner. Nicol goes between the landlord and tennant to arrange repairs etc, she is always quick to reply to mails and has managed our property well over the last few years.
