I'm so surprised that this company is even in business, I've had no hot water for two and a half months since November it is now the end of January and my hot water has just been fixed also a leak in the shower which has saturated my floor which is laminate flooring that has been laid on top of carpet horrendously the water has been leaking from the shower wetting the carpet underneath the floor which has not been allowed to dry due to laminate being laid on top of it, so my floor is constantly wet and the laminate is rotting from underneath which is making chips of wood flake I have cut my feet numerous times from all the flakes of wood coming from the floor which had been looked at in the middle of last year two or three people have been sent looked at the floor told me they could not live in these conditions when it comes to fixing it, it's a game of tennis back and forth between two poor excuses for a company have just been on the phone to a poor excuse of a worker ask to speak to the manager the lady then was acting like she did not understand what a manager was, and now I have just received a form claiming for electric people want to gain entry to my premises because I have not been paying a electric bill which I was not told it was not included in my rent as I am in emergency housing I was just supposed to come to this conclusion and work it all out that I had a metre outside of my house which I still don't have the key to I could go on and on the Sylvan Estates company should be Condemned like the building which I live in.. Anna was very rude on the phone no manners what so ever and the least helpful person I have met in a long time..
