I'm so surprised that this company is even in business, I've had no hot water for two and a half months since November it is now the end of January and my hot water has just been fixed also a leak in the shower which has saturated my floor which is laminate flooring that has been laid on ... Not deserved in the slightest, should get rid of the rude staff in the office, only one lady I have spoken to was of any help an older lady who was very polite and done her job.
