Terrible experience. They are unprofessional, inexperienced and needed constant prodding and prompting before progressing with any part of the house sale process. After finally agreeing a completion date after months of negotiating the agent was unavailable on the completion day to update as to progress/chase sellers when money was transferred late. Only person available in office kept passing messages onto agent but informed us that âhe did have other work to do and couldn't be guaranteed to be availableâ.
Standard however overpriced consudering the poor service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
