Anthony Charles estate agents provided us a fantastic service with regards to our rented flat. Ben has been very prompt and gave us advice on how to maintain the property in winter which was very helpful. We had a few emergencies which was dealt fairly quickly. Thanks Anthony Charles and Ben.

Absolutely awful service. First to be rude not only to us but to our solicitors. They're all fine and good up front, very friendly and so forth. No doubt they're also great if you sell or rent a property through them as well. But if you're a tenant don't expect anything other than dispassionate replies when things get tough. They'll take money, keep pushing rent up and give no ... Read Full Review

I dealt with them a few months ago and cannot stress how great they were to deal with, (you hear such horror stories!).
