Absolutely awful service. First to be rude not only to us but to our solicitors. Constantly interfering asking for documents that they had no right for throughout the sale - they made our lives hell throughout the duration of purchase. Ringing and threatening regarding the sale and ringing our solicitors - shocked at the customer service. Awful.

They're all fine and good up front, very friendly and so forth. No doubt they're also great if you sell or rent a property through them as well. But if you're a tenant don't expect anything other than dispassionate replies when things get tough. They'll take money, keep pushing rent up and give no ... Read Full Review

I dealt with them a few months ago and cannot stress how great they were to deal with, (you hear such horror stories!). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
