Having spoke to branch manager Clair Rowe at the Denton office in mid November 2017 about the sale of a terraced house I have in Denton and accepted advice on the sale and price for the house. Measurements and pictures taken on 05/01/2018 in prep to put the house on the market . A buyer was found the same day and a sale agreed on the 08/01/2018. The advise I received was very accurate in relation to the market conditions and the attention from Claire and all the staff at the branch has been refreshing .Recommending this branch service will be a pleasure . Our property was on the market for 3 weeks before it was sold. Purchasing the additional professional photo package certainly helped sell the property.
