PLEASE READ ALL... Awful customer relations, Never get back to you and they rented me a property that was set up illegal, the cottage was split in too two dwellings only this still to date is not signed off by the Council. The Landlord did a Tenant find only service, and the Landlord is the biggest liar you will ever come across, the cottage was advertised as 5 bedrooms, but after the Tenancy had commenced the Landlord said you couldn't use one of the rooms as a bedroom because the front room it was linked too had a open fire, was told 3 parking spaces again after Tenancy commenced "sorry my son now needs access at all times to his drive wa"y. The cottage well I don't even have the words to describe advertised as immaculately presented" it was absolutely disgusting, dirt dust, grime slugs and snails in the drawers and sink and rats at property. Also advertised as pet friendly, discussed the animals that would be coming on a phone call with the Landlord, but conveniently she didn't notify The Agents to have them put in the Tenancy! After a couple of days I decided to put the Landlords bedding in boxes to store in the small loft in utility room it soon became apparent that there was only one Gas, Electric and metered water supply to the property which wasn't mentioned at all, upon approaching them the Landlord said "No other Tenants have ever minded paying for the 2 bedroom flat above" and full Council Tax for the entire property, also because this is one large cottage and as far as the North Somerset Council believe as they have never received a application for the property to be split to two dwellings they will only provide one black waste bin, which the family members in the flat above use, I had a Council order to say that the Landlord had to remove the rubbish for the full length Tenancy, which was never done and I had to pay this myself! Still outstanding and still in dispute as she wants my full deposit of £2250 for a 3 month Tenancy! The property is now back up to let £500 cheaper than what I paid! Please avoid at all costs as this has ruined mine and my children's life! This Estate Agents have just signed a legal document to say the Landlords evidence submitted is true, and they know it's packed full of lies. Also on day I was supposed to pick up keys I arrived at the office, I was told the keys were in the post box at the property I had just short of £5000 in a envelope to pay deposit and first months rent, and I tried to hand it to a Agent, only this agent replied "Sorry I wasn't told anything about money, so I can't take it from you sorry" very professional? Don't you agree?

Absolutely Extortionate
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
