I recently sold a property in the Horsley area with lots complicated legal issues with the added complication of taking a part exchange flat with its own legal issues. I used the services of James Harper of Wills & Smerdon and he worked tirelesslessly to overcome all the issues and get the sale over the line. I would unequivocally recommendation W & S to anyone wishing to make a property transaction in the area.
