We appointed Wills and Smerdon as sole agent in September 2017 to sell my mother's house in West Horsley. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The staff were efficient, friendly and communicative at all times. They handled viewings very well and gave us feedback quickly on every occasion. They definitely went the extra mile and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They really know the meaning of customer service. The sale completed in January 2018.
