Nice, trustworthy, friendly local agent, I didn't go through with them as I had a change in circumstances. Its a nice little part of battersea which they seem from all appearances to know extremely well. Its not just what they claim to be, they are the local agent

Absolutely terrible agency. Firstly, the agent who conducted the initial viewing and handled the offer failed to communicate the only condition of our offer. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
