we rented for two years though this agent in that time we had belongings stolen from our house we asked roland james to help us gather information to establish who would of had access to the property for the police to conduct their investigation and it took them three weeks to answer one question. We then agreed to stay for another 6 months and two days later they told we needed to be out. we had expressed serious interest in the property we rented throughout the tenancy and would of loved to buy the house but were told by the agent that the landlord was moving back upon moving out we found out the agent was advertising the propert for sale.............................. i question what else we were lied to about throughout the tenancy.... after spending 12 years within the industry myself i have never come across such a bunch of cowboys in all my life! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURNED
What agent could do to change your mind?
being honest helping us through a very distressing time when someone was entering our house when we were not there but they couldnt give a damn about it and just wanted us to let the whole situation be dropped......

What agent could do to change your mind?
