we rented for two years though this agent in that time we had belongings stolen from our house we asked roland james to help us gather information to establish who would of had access to the property for the police to conduct their investigation and it took them three weeks to answer one question. ... What agent could do to change your mind?
being honest helping us through a very distressing time when someone was entering our house when we were not there but they couldnt give a damn about it and just wanted us to let the whole situation be dropped......
