Appalling unfair treatment of tenants. For one tenant, the total fees charged will be more than �700!!!!! Never honest or upfront about this. Steer well clear. I was charged Referencing fees �180 + Inventory �100 + Contract fee of �78 + Deposit registration �30... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Ridiculously high. I was charged Referencing fees £180 + Inventory £100 + Contract fee of £78 + Deposit registration £30 (=£388) plus first months rent plus six weeks deposit. Now that I wish to move out after 15 months living at the property. They demand £120 arrangement fee + £110 inventory fee + £50 deposit administration fee (all plus VAT) so £337 to move out. Despicable.
