I am currently trying to get my step daughter deposit back. They have broken every term and condition in their contract. How the can treat a woman of 21 with epilepsy is absolutely disgusting. They have ignored 8 emails from her and refuse to deal with her. I have now contacted the council again, the omnisman and also right move. Also a couple of media outlets have also requested interviews with myself and my step daughter due to the bad treatment she is receiving. Bully tactics against a girl who now calls Leeds her home, I am truly disgusted that a business can treat people like this.

9 Apr 2018It is always disappointing when a negative review is factually incorrect. We at Quarters of Leeds took over management of the tenancy nearly 8 months after your daughter had moved in to the property. The deposit was collected by the previous agent and protected by the landlord themselves, not the agency. As such come the end of the tenancy, Quarters of Leeds had no control over the release of the deposit.

17 May 2018Quarters of Leeds stop lying !!!!!! i am still waiting on my deposit too, its now three weeks since i moved and i have not gotten any response from you apart form we are working on it. WHAT? all previous companies, landlords i rented with before gave the response within few working days and we agreed on deposit repayment immediately. why are you holding peoples money? why are you treating people like garbage? do you think it will make your business flourish?

3 Jan 2019I move out o the 17th of November 2018 and still waiting for my deposit back to this day now 2019 I definitely not recommend quarters of Leeds to rent they don't answer emails you don't answer phone calls don't return any phone calls or emails any other agency I have rented with otherwise are the deposits sorted and the Checkout done the day I hand the keys back in quarters of Leeds is a no go

8 May 2019went to view one of there propertybs today the ladyr familys was there to vi asked me to bring £480 and the house was ours turned up and 3 other familys was there to view it at the same time asked why and they said a BLOCK viewing a lady was on facetime viewing at the same time as us when my children was around i asked if the property was ours to be told we dont take on self employed even tho i had spoke to the arrogant lady stating that over the previous days STAY well clear rip off merchants if i had paid the £480 then it goes to the landlord to decide who gets the property then im £480 out of pocket plus half a days wage today time wasted shocking service on the phone met with arrogance really glad i didnt get the property with the reviews i have just read

Do NOT use this agency they constantly ignore you, let you move into a property with several dangerous and irritating issues and will try and squeeze as many pennies out of you as possible with also as little effort applied as possible.
