I can't honestly desrible how unprofessional this place is, I have been living in my house for 12 months now and there are still maintenance problems that have been ignored for 12 months!! I am 5 months pregnant and they still don't care about the dangers!! I have reports the issues many times at least once a month via email, phone and also going into the branch in armley!! Nothing has been actioned! The staff are so rude and don't care about their tenants!! The most ridiculous thing is the manager only got in touch with me this month asking if I wanted to re new my contract which I think is an absolute joke!! They can make time to get money and contracts out of you but they don't bother when you need something doing in your house that could be a danger to myself, family and unborn child! Disgusting

Do NOT use this agency they constantly ignore you, let you move into a property with several dangerous and irritating issues and will try and squeeze as many pennies out of you as possible with also as little effort applied as possible.
