When looking for a flat near the centre of Bath, I found Wild and Lye most helpful in helping to locate a property that met my requirements. The rental and lease arrangements were fully explained and the flat was in excellent condition. I find them always approachable and willing to help and resolve any issues. In my experience, worthy of recommendation

Wild & Lye also moved my furniture using their dedicated Removal & Storage business. The sale and removals went without a hitch and I have recommended them to all my friends. Wild & Lye were also less expensive than a lot of other estate agencies in Bath which was a nice ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
