Starts off a very pleasant person. However don't believe it he lies and truly is a unpleasant person. Not matter what the situation is

4 Apr 2017Hello 'ian', I am not sure how to respond to an email like this because I have no idea who you are or if you have even rented a property with Wild & Lye. I manage a relatively small amount of property and so tenants are treated as guests. Over the years I've had a few complaints but it's usually about some small issue like cleaning at the end of tenancy. Sorry you feel so aggrieved.

Wild & Lye also moved my furniture using their dedicated Removal & Storage business. The sale and removals went without a hitch and I have recommended them to all my friends. Wild & Lye were also less expensive than a lot of other estate agencies in Bath which was a nice ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
